Kassi grew up in Upstate New York and her love for horses and the sport developed from her participation in 4-H and taking horseback riding lessons at a young age. She soon was working at the farm assisting with riding lessons and taking care of the horses. Kassi finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of horse ownership at the end of high school when she was able to turn her leasing of a horse to ownership. Kassi was pleasantly surprised to find her mare was in foal so instead of owning one horse, she now has two. She continued her passion of Animal Science at the State University of New York at Cobleskill where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and was very involved in various agricultural clubs and organization. After college, she decided to return to work at the farm where she began riding and where her horses are boarded. Kassi recently decided that a move to Virginia was one of her goals and was excited to find this position at Equinutrix Nutrition in the area she
wished to relocate to!
